Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Purchase of Products from Our Website

We will contact you by email to confirm that we have received your order and then when we dispatch or supply the product.

Sometimes We Reject Orders

Sometimes we reject orders, for example because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because we cannot verify your age, or because a product was mispriced by us.

We Charge You When You Order

Payment will be taken when you place your order. Taking payment does not mean that we have accepted your order. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

At certain times of the year our warehouse staff can get very busy. We recommend making sure your order is exactly the way you want it before placing it.
